Cancellation and Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Customers may cancel through the billing portal. Unless local law requires otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access continues until that date.

Refund requests

Refunds are considered where there has been a duplicate charge, an incorrect charge, or a material service failure that we cannot reasonably correct. Requests should be submitted promptly with the account email and invoice reference.

Usage-based costs

Completed AI analyses consume third-party processing resources. Fees are generally not refundable merely because a user disagrees with an informational or framework-based result.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy removes mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law. This draft requires review by a Cyprus/EU-qualified lawyer before launch.
