Information collected

We process account details, authentication records, bird and pedigree records, uploaded photographs, analysis results, subscription status, service usage, support messages and technical security logs.

Purposes

Information is used to provide the service, authenticate users, store private records, run requested analyses, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot faults and meet legal obligations.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. Legs & Eye does not store full card numbers. We store identifiers and subscription status needed to provide account access.

AI providers

Uploaded content selected for analysis may be transmitted to configured AI service providers. The production privacy notice must identify those providers, processing locations, retention settings and contractual safeguards.

Legal bases and retention

The final policy must document the applicable GDPR legal bases, retention periods, international transfer safeguards and procedures for access, correction, export, restriction and deletion requests.

Private by default

Bird records are private unless the owner deliberately uses a future sharing feature.
